As early as now, we have decided to start the preparations for our Grand Alumni Homecoming 2010, which gives as about 5 years to accomplish. Aside from locating our batch mates and make sure we get full support from our peers, one of the hurdles for the event would be the financial aspect of the event which means we should raise funds for the said activity. Aside from the fund-raising activities that we have identified, the Board of Trustees have decided to solicit a monthly contribution of P100, which will be used to fund our social projects, events and the homecoming preparations. We shall make the necessary actions to safeguard the correct use of these funds and rest assured that we shall provide a regular accounting of the said fund.

I would like to appeal to make to our batchmates to start remitting your contributions to your group leaders (please see the first guy in your group).
